Ethan Clarke is a trial lawyer, representing clients in Pennsylvania. Ethan assists in the preparation for trial of claims for and against individuals and entities involved in insurance defense litigation, including premises liability, commercial disputes, automobile/trucking liability, and workers’ compensation. Ethan also defends against transactional and property damage claims.
Ethan works with clients including individuals, business owners, risk managers, insurance professionals, employers and employees from the first claim event to resolution to ensure that his clients are adequately represented at all stages of litigation. Ethan recognizes that the primary goal is to serve the objectives of the client. He and the Firm honor that commitment and promise to serve clients to the best of their abilities.
Ethan received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Legal Foundations of Society from the Ohio State University. He earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School and is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.
Ethan lived in Ohio for most of his life but has been on the east coast for the last 5 years. He resides in Northeast Maryland with his girlfriend, Holly, and their Australian Shepherd mix, Persimmon. He likes to spend his free time outside playing soccer, hiking, and fishing.
