Daniel J. Maher is a trial lawyer, representing clients in Pennsylvania. Dan assists I the preparation for trial of claims for and against people and entities involved in insurance/self-insured defense litigation, including premises liability, commercial disputes, automobile/trucking liability, and workers’ compensation. Dan also partners with businesses on transactional and regulatory matters.
Dan partners with Firm clients including individuals and business entity owners, risk managers, insurance professionals, employers and employees from the first claim event to trial and resolution to ensure that his clients are adequately represented at all stages of the litigation. Dan recognizes that Law is a service industry – he and the Firm honor that commitment and promise to client service.
Dan graduated cum laude from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2023, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Comparative Literature, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016. At Temple, Dan served on the Editorial Board of Temple Law Review and interned with the Honorable Robert Coleman in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and the Honorable Joshua D. Wolson in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to the state bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
