Amy L. Wynkoop

Amy L. Wynkoop is a partner at the Firm. She represents clients in State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Wynkoop's practice is concentrated in insurance/self-insured defense litigation encompassing premises liability, automobile/trucking liability, professional liability/malpractice, contract, insurance coverage, product liability, workers' compensation, and employment discrimination. Ms. Wynkoop also has a selective practice of representing seriously injured individuals.
As a persuasive and successful trial lawyer, Ms. Wynkoop has secured defense verdicts in premises liability and personal injury cases; obtained dismissals of a workers' compensation claim petitions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; successfully argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court on appeal; and negotiated de minimis resolution of claims on behalf of her clients. Ms. Wynkoop is adept at handling all levels of claims ranging in value from municipal court level to up to multi-million dollars.
Ms. Wynkoop is a zealous and detail orientated advocate. She works closely with risk managers, insurance professionals, and corporate employees from the first claim event to trial/resolution. In each claim, her clients benefit from her experience, knowledge, and personal investment. Wynkoop understands that practicing Law is a service business - she and the Firm honor that commitment to client service daily.
Ms. Wynkoop graduated from Rutgers University in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in History with a Minor in Women Studies. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2008 from Ohio Northern University. Ms. Wynkoop also earned a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2005. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Wynkoop is a member of Primerus Women Lawyers Section and is Secretary of the Ende Museum Foundation.
Ms. Wynkoop moved around quite a bit growing up but has called Philadelphia home for the past 10 years. She resides in Northeast Philadelphia with her family and a Holland Lop bunny named Hooyah.
