Lisa Buckalew, Esquire is a trial lawyer. Lisa represents clients in State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her practice includes insurance/self-insured defense litigation, including premises liability, commercial disputes, automobile/trucking liability, professional liability/malpractice, contract claims and defenses, insurance coverage, product liability, workers' compensation, and employment discrimination.
Typically, Ms. Buckalew closely partners with Firm clients to assist in critical decisions and as a guide through litigation success. This personal attention to individuals and business entity owners, risk managers, insurance professionals, employers and employees from the first claim event to trial/resolution ensure that litigation guidelines are met, and that all aspects of the claim are thoroughly investigated and properly defended. Lisa has handled complex real estate, title insurance, professional liability, employment and construction , bankruptcy, matrimonial personal injury and wrongful death and commercial claims throughout her professional career. She has successfully tried issues in the State and Federal Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey
In 1995, Ms. Buckalew earned her BA from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She earned her Juris Doctor in 1998 from Seton hall University School of Law (“The Hall”!). Lisa is admitted to the Bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey and their federal Courts.
